Uproar, the online gaming site recently acquired by Vivendi Universal subsid
Flipside.com, showed a net loss of $20.8 million for the fourth quarter of 2000, compared to a loss of $17.5 million a year earlier. Revenues increased to $12.5 million, up from $5.1 million a year ago. The deal between Flipside and Uproar, which values the gaming site at $3 per share, is expected to close in March. Shares of Uproar remained unchanged at $2.97 Friday.
