Gold to ankle NATPE post

Will continue working with org through his new shop

Ron Gold, senior VP of marketing for the National Assn. of TV Programming Executives, is exiting his post at the end of March to start a new trade show marketing/sponsorship org.

Gold will continue to work with NATPE via his new shop, R.S. Gold Group.

Gold joined the staff of NATPE in 1983 and had previously worked on the org's board of directors when he was a station manager at what is now WTXF Philadelphia.

"The branding, sponsorship and marketing programs he has created have had a significant impact upon our membership and our bottom line, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with him as a client," said Bruce Johansen, prexy-CEO of NATPE.
