Launch loses less

Music Netcaster Launch.com reported a net loss of $13.1 million for the fourth quarter of 2000, an improvement from the $14.8 million loss it registered the previous year. Revenues were $8 million, up from $6.6 million for the same time a year ago. During 2000, 60% of the company's revenue came from advertising, 22% from content licensing, 13% from ticket revenue and 5% from subscription fees. Execs said the company still expects to be profitable by the fall of this year.
