Caroline Prutzman has been named VP of media relations for Atlantic Records.
Prutzman will supervise the daily activities of the company's media relations area along with senior veep of media and artist relations, Patti Conte, to whom she reports.
Prutzman was most recently VP of PR at MCA Records, where she worked since 1989.
