Alliance Entertainment and Bertelsmann eCommerce Group subsid CDNow have reupped a distribution and content pact. CDNow users will get music and movie data from Alliance's All Music and All Movie Guides. In addition, Alliance Entertainment will provide order processing, fulfillment and customer service for CDNow.
