Jay Adams, Abigail Marcus Boyar

Spin has tapped two execs for advertising posts at the magazine: Jay Adams to advertising director and Abigail Marcus Boyar to fashion advertising director.

Prior to joining the company, Adams was luxury goods director at Miramax Films/Hearst Magazines' Talk magazine. He will report to John Rollins, prexy of Spin.

Boyar will oversee Spin's fashion, fragrance and personal-grooming advertising. She previously was beauty & grooming director at Bolt Inc.'s Bolt.com and was beauty and fragrance manager at Vibe.
