HBO Asia picks 3 pix

World Brief

HBO Asia has signed an exclusive movie deal with U.S. producer Lakeshore Intl. for three movies: "The Gift," a thriller starring Cate Blanchett; "Delivering Milo," starring Bridget Fonda, Albert Finney and Campbell Scott; and "Steal This Movie," with Vincent D'Onofrio, Janeane Garofalo and Jeanne Tripplehorn.

Based in Singapore, HBO Asia is a joint venture of Time Warner Entertainment (Home Box Office and Warner Bros.), Paramount Films, Sony Pictures and Universal.
