Cathleen Murphy

Cathleen Murphy has been named director, A&R at Epic Records Group.

Murphy will serve as the company's liaison to the songwriting, publishing and production communities. She will report to David Massey, exec VP, A&R.

Beginning in 1995, Murphy served as director, A&R at Hollywood Records. Prior to that, she had worked at MCA publishing since 1988, most recently as creative director, A&R.
