Filmmaker Andy Berman, who penned the Vern Troyer toplined short "Bit Players," which is set to unspool at Sundance, has signed with the Gersh Agency. Berman, who co-starred on "The Wonder Years," recently nabbed a pilot deal for Touchstone/ABC. He is managed by Tiffany Kanter at Evolution.
