UJA to fete Frankenheimer

Legal eagle honored by the music industry

HOLLYWOOD -- Attorney John T. Frankenheimer will be honored at the UJA's Spirit of Music Award black tie gala dinner Dec. 6 at the Pierre in New York City.

Event is co-hosted by Strauss Zelnick, John Sykes, Zach Horowitz, Scott Sassa and the Entertainment, Media & Communications Division of UJA-Federation of New York and the Music For Youth Foundation.

Considered one of the preeminent attorneys for the music industry, Frankenheimer is a partner in the Century City office of Loeb & Loeb, co-chairman of the Entertainment and Media Department and co-chairman of Loeb & Loeb

Jason Flom, president of Lava Records, will be emcee; Roger Birnbaum, co-chairman/co-CEO of Spyglass Entertainment will present the award. Entertainment will be supplied by country band SheDaisy.

UJA-Federation of New York's Spirit of Music Award was inaugurated in 1998 with Ahmet Ertegen, founder of Atlantic Records as first honoree.
