Arrow Entertainment taps three for Gotham

Troika now working on current releases

NEW YORK -- Arrow Entertainment has added three execs to its Gotham headquarters.

Michael S. Broder, who comes to Arrow after stints at Stratosphere and Winstar, has been tapped director of distribution for the theatrical, non-theatrical and home entertainment divisions. At his previous jobs, Broder worked on such pics as "On the Ropes," "Humanite" and "Ran."

Neil Platt, a former 20th Century Fox publicist who worked on campaigns for "There's Something About Mary" and "X-Men," has been named director of publicity. Platt was also previously a personal publicist for hip-hop artist Ja Rule and pop singer Samantha Cole.

Daniel Quittman, a former sales director at Unapix Films and vet of Buena Vista Pictures, has been named director of marketing. He will oversee the advertising and marketing of Arrow's theatrical releases.

The troika is now working on Arrow's current releases, "The Autumn Heart," "30 Days" and "Restless," and preparing its slate of forthcoming pics, including "Dog Run" and "The Piano Player."
