Pubcaster to air Olympics in 3D

World Brief

Pubcaster ZDF is attempting to lure viewers to watch this year's Olympic Games by broadcasting in 3D.

Together with production company Telecast Intl., ZDF is putting together a program of highlights, behind-the-scene activities, commentary and sporting moments for the 3D format. Viewers will have to use special 3D glasses available through German opticians.
