Praisery PMK ups 4 to veep

Also adds account exec and ups 4 to junior publicist

NEW YORK -- Publicity firm PMK has upped publicists Jennifer Allen, Tracy Mosh Shaffer, Cindi Berger and Robert Garlock to vice presidents and has brought back Joy Kopaloff as account executive in the praisery's L.A. office, where she previously worked before a stint at Castle Rock.

At the same time, PMK managing directors Pat Kingsley, Lois Smith and Leslee Dart upped Gina Hoffman, Meghan Prophet, Toby Fleischman and Jennifer Holiner to junior publicists.

Of the new veeps, Allen reps such stars as Matt Damon, Neve Campbell, Jodie Foster and Tommy Lee Jones; Shaffer reps Kevin Bacon, Billy Crystal and Johnny Depp; Berger reps Bette Midler, Mariah Carey and Oliver Stone; and Garlock reps Kate Winslet, Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke.

Allen Eichorn and Catherine Olim remain in their posts as senior vice presidents.
