CANNES -- Shooting Gallery and MM Media Capital Partners are joining forces to expand the Shooting Gallery Digital Facility.

The newly hatched deal will allow Shooting Gallery, chaired by Larry Meistrich, and MM Media, which is run as a financing entity under Hal Sadoff, Rodney Payne and Myles Nestel, to use each company’s expertise to work together aligning strategic and financial partners in the U.S., U.K. and Europe.

Shooting Gallery has created state-of-the-art digital media centers, encompassing over 400,000 square feet, in New York, Miami, Vancouver, Toronto and Los Angeles. The new arrangement will allow it to expand to London and continental Europe.

Shooting Gallery said the setup allows projects to be created and produced under one roof, from conception through distribution. “Now we’re moving from soup to nuts with the Digital Centers,” said Jonathan Marshall, chief operating officer for Shooting Gallery.
