Kochhar, a former investment banker at Sutro & Co., will pair up technology companies with Internet and media content producers.

Kim will focus on representing corporate clients and new-media companies, which include Tommy Hilfiger USA, Nokia, Anheuser-Busch, eBay, Iwin.com and Styleclick.com.
