SFX Entertainment is moving its international headquarters to the Candler Tower building in Times Square, where it's just signed a 20-year lease.
The giant live entertainment company's offices are currently spread over several locations in New York City.
The Candler Tower was build in 1912 by Coca-Cola founder Asa Griggs Candler. It is directly across the street from the Ford Theater, an SFX venue.
Terms of the lease weren't released, but SFX said it will get 15 years' worth of tax breaks from the New York City Industrial Development Agency as well as a grant from the Empire State Development Corp.
SFX recently agreed to be acquired by Clear Channel Communications.
