'Walls' rock solid
DeGeneres 'overwhelmed by all of the positive feedback'
The setting looked more South Beach than Westwood garage and the mood was festive as an eclectic crowd partied well past midnight at Wednesday's post-preem fete for HBO's "If These Walls Could Talk 2." Cutting loose on the dance floor were the pic's stars Sharon Stone (with husband Phil Bronstein and a pair of bodyguards hovering nearby), Michelle Williams, Natasha Lyonne and Kathy Najimy. "I'm overwhelmed by all of the positive feedback I'm getting here tonight," beamed pic's star and exec producer Ellen DeGeneres. "I've spent the past few years hanging out with my cat and staring at the mountains and thinking 'yeah, this is great,' but to be working again in something I'm really proud of -- and especially with the person I love -- well, it just doesn't get any better than that."
"We definitely want to keep collaborating on projects," added Anne Heche, who wrote and directed.
Those in on the project included exec producers Suzanne Todd and Jennifer Todd; HBO Films prexy Colin Callender, Chris Albrecht and senior veep Keri Putnam; and guests Alan Cumming, Edward Furlong, David Hockney, Swoozie Kurtz, Nia Long, Christina Ricci and Lesley Ann Warren.
