Company gets new senior VP of publicity, promotions

Paulette Osorio has been upped to senior VP of publicity and promotions at Castle Rock Entertainment. She will oversee all media relations and worldwide publicity activities for Castle Rock's film and TV divisions.

Prior to joining Castle Rock in 1996 as director of field publicity, Osorio served as an account supervisor at Chicago-based public relations agency John Iltis & Associates.

Also at Castle Rock, Gaylyn Fraiche has been upped to creative exec. She previously assisted company prexy Martin Shafer.

Other promotions include Dave Blasucci to director of publicity services, Ian Metrose to director of publicity and promotions, and Pam Singleton to manager of the studio's creative advertising division.
