Unveiling the development at Mip Asia, TVFI general manager Olivier-Rene Veillon noted that ''Chinese-speaking acquisition executives can now access information about the 4,000 French programs we have on our site, in their own language. We hope this will really speed up the sales negotiation process.''
TVFI has product on its site from around 150 Gallic companies and already has French, English, Spanish and Japanese-language services. The new addition consists of Mandarin and simplified Mandarin.

E! Entertainment has renewed its agreement for Hong Kong-based Galaxy Entertainment to take 26 episodes of ''The E! News Feed.''
Galaxy will hold English and Mandarin Chinese lingo rights for non-exclusive, satellite television in territories that include China, Malaysia, Singapore and Taiwan.
''The E! News Feed'' is a weekly package of entertainment news stories. The deal was announced by E! senior VP of international development Jon Helmrich.
