Jack Valenti and Frank Biondi Jr. have been tapped to the board of directors of entertainment industry Web company Creative Planet.
Biondi and Valenti join Ted Leonsis of America Online, Alan Meckler of internet.com, Stuart Wolff of Homestore.com, and Sam Holdsworth of C.C. Entertainment Partners on the Creative Planet board.

Biondi, former Viacom CEO, serves as general partner and chairman of the investment committee of equity firm WaterView Partners. Valenti is chairman and CEO of the Motion Picture Assn. of America.
