Imagine taps Roth prod'n VP

Ex-Witt-Thomas exec also co-produced 'Three Kings'

Kim Roth has joined Imagine Films as vice president of production.

Roth joins Imagine from Witt-Thomas Films, where she worked as senior vice president of production. At Witt-Thomas, Roth served as co-producer on the upcoming Warner Bros. release "Three Kings," directed by David O. Russell.

Roth began her entertainment career at Witt-Thomas-Harris Prods., initially working on the banner's TV shows "It's a Living" and "The Golden Girls." On the feature side, during her time at the company, Witt-Thomas produced "Dead Poet's Society," "Final Analysis" and "Mixed Nuts."

"Kim's reputation as a strong, tasteful executive makes her a great addition to Imagine," said Imagine Entertainment co-chair Karen Kehela.
