Gore meets biz chiefs Tuesday at DGA

'We know you share our concerns'

Vice president Al Gore will pay a visit to Hollywood industry leaders Tuesday at the Directors Guild of America.

Invited guests include Linda Obst, Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall, Ed Zwick, Laurence Mark, John Frankenheimer, David E. Kelley, Gil Cates, Gale Anne Hurd, Dean Devlin, Leslie Moonves, Bob Shaye, Michael De Luca, Colin Callender, Steven Bochco, Kevin Costner and Dick Wolff.

"We know you share our concerns about the many issues affecting Hollywood as we approach the millennium," reads the invitation from the DGA and the Screen Actors Guild. "We have been fortunate to arrange a meeting with vice president Albert Gore, who has graciously set aside time in his busy schedule to discuss these topics with members of the entertainment community."

The meeting will be held in the DGA's sixth-floor boardroom at 3 p.m. during a Gore campaign trip to Los Angeles.
