Paul Kessler and former Universal prexy Thom Mount are ankling their posts as co-chairs of Los Angeles-based Entertainment Internet to pursue other endeavors, including positions at the Los Angeles Film School.
Mount, currently prexy of the Producers Guild of America, will remain on the company's board of directors.
Slate of positions
Hadid is also chairman of Sector Communications Inc. and vice chairman of First Miracle Group Inc., an indie film company with exclusive production deals with Jean Claude Van Damme's Long Road Films and Emmett/Furla Films. Additionally, he serves as chairman of Hadid Development Co. and is managing director of Emerald Capital Corp.
Hadid also holds a number of senior management positions with a portfolio of companies, including founding co-chairman of Global Communications Group and co-founder and director of Voice Powered Technology.
Cataldo is CEO of First Miracle Group Inc. He replaces Rod Pyle, who has resigned.
Separately, Entertainment Internet said it has received a $5.5 million credit line from Windsor Capital Fund, Bermuda to pour into CastNet.com.
The company also is readying to launch its Actors Life e-commerce site in the coming months to specialize in the needs of aspiring actors worldwide. Site will sell scripts, plays, monologues and books, as well as offer a job board, auctions and financial services.
