Fest features musicvid helmers

Romhanyi, Akerlund, Aitken among works exhibited

Musicvid helmers Pedro Romhanyi, Jonas Akerlund, Chris Cunningham and Doug Aitken are among those whose work will be featured at the Directors' Cuts Film Festival July 27 at the Writers Guild Theater.

Presented by the Music Video Production Assn., the festival screens independent, short film projects by musicvideo directors.

This year's program also includes films by Aldolfo Doring, Jamie Thraves, Marcos Seiga, Kris Lefcoe, Jonathan Glazer, Chuck Leal & Matt Donaldson, Spencer Susser and the Bolex Bros.
