The ending tally for the season in homes were: CBS in first with a 9.0 rating and 15 share, down 6% from last season (with last year's numbers inflated by Olympics), then NBC with an 8.9/15, down 13% from last year; ABC with an 8.1/13, down 4%; Fox with a 7.1/11, down 1%; the WB with a 3.2/5, up 3%, and UPN with a 2.0/3, down 29%.
The season's adults 18-49 results were: NBC in first with a 5.4/15, down 19%; then Fox with a 5.0/14, flat with last year; ABC with a 4.8/13, down 2%, CBS with a 3.9/11, down 9%; the WB with a 1.8/5, up 13%; and UPN with a 1.1/3, down 31%.
The May sweeps households results were: NBC in first with a 9.7/17, down 13%; then CBS with a 9.1/15, up 1%; ABC with a 7.7/13, flat; Fox with a 6.4/11, down 9%; the WB with a 3.3/5, up 3%, and UPN with a 1.9/3, down 24%.
The adults 18-49 sweeps results were: NBC first with a 6.0/17, down 21%; Fox and ABC tied for second with a 4.6/14 (down 8%) and 4.6/13 (up 5%) respectively; CBS with a 3.7/11, down 3%; the WB with a 1.8/5, up 6%; and UPN with a 1.1/3, down 27%.
