WB Sr. VP Goldstein upped

Exec to oversee N. American sales

Warner Bros. has named Jeffrey Goldstein to the position of senior vice president and general sales manager. Goldstein will report to Daniel Fellman, president of Warner Bros. domestic theatrical distribution.

Goldstein, formerly a senior VP, will oversee sales and administration for the studio's pics in the U.S. and Canada.

A 20-year vet of the distrib scene, Goldstein joined WB in 1978 and worked his way up through the regional ranks before becoming VP and western division manager in 1996.

"Jeff has developed excellent exhibitor relationships ... his instincts are sharp and his enthusiasm and creativity are outstanding," said Fellman.
