Devine replaces Jonathan Zimbert, who ankled the production company last year in favor of Morgan Creek Prods.
Kennedy/Marshall moved to U in late 1998 following the expiration of its non-exclusive pact with Disney.
The company produced the new Scott Hicks film, "Snow Falling on Cedars," for U. Upcoming for Disney, meanwhile, is M. Night Shyamalan's "The Sixth Sense," starring Bruce Willis.
Kennedy/Marshall also has a development deal for TV with CBS. Partners Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall co-founded Amblin Entertainment together with Steven Spielberg in 1981.
Devine will be at home in Universal City: Prior to joining PFE in 1996, she was a production and acquisition exec at U Pictures.
