Ryan's "You've Got Mail" has earned more than $115 million since its December release, and last year's "City of Angels" grossed more than $78 million.
Other successful Ryan films include 1993's "Sleepless in Seattle," ($126.6 million), 1989's "When Harry Met Sally" ($92.2 million) and 1986's "Top Gun" ($176.7 million).
Ryan has received Golden Globe nominations for best actress in a comedy/musical for "Mail," "Sleepless" and "When Harry Met Sally," and was a 1995 SAG award nominee for her leading role in "When a Man Loves a Woman."
The ShoWest ceremony will be held March 9 at Bally's hotel and casino in Las Vegas.
