Exec to head operations
The New York-based exec is responsible for the company's day-to-day operations and management, including interaction with its parent conglom, Time Warner.
During her tenure, NL's work force has grown to more than 500 employees, and its business has grown to encompass features, video, television and merchandising.
She joined the company in 1993 and has served as senior VP of administration since 1996. She was previously VP of human resources and administration at Orion Pictures.
