Hurd's Pacific taps 3 exex

Scanlan, Moerk to veeps, Rossow to creative exec

Producer Gale Anne Hurd has appointed Christian Moerk senior VP, production, and has promoted Kristin Scanlan to VP, development, at her Par-based Pacific Western Prods. In addition, John Rossow has been promoted to creative exec.

Moerk, a one-time Variety and Daily Variety staff reporter, most recently was senior VP at Peters Entertainment. Scanlan joined Pacific Western as director of development in 1997. Prior to that she served in various development positions at WB-based Outlaw Prods.

Rossow, who joined Pacific Western two years ago, has been a story editor for the past year.
