Clarke ankles NCTA

Exec segues to PR prexy post

WASHINGTON -- National Cable Television Assn.'s Torie Clarke is ankling the trade organization to become president of Bozell/Eskew -- a corporate public relations firm in Washington, D.C.

Clarke has been at the NCTA since 1993 where she was charged with turning around the cable industry's image with consumers, members of Congress and the media. Before joining the NCTA, Clarke served as press secretary for the Bush-Quayle '92 presidential campaign.
