Writer/producer Antwone Fisher -- whose autobiographical screenplay "Finding Fish" is set up at Fox Searchlight Pictures with Denzel Washington attached to make his helming debut -- has signed with Endeavor for representation in all areas.

Fisher's other writing credits include the Universal project "OO Soul," a secret agent spoof to star Chris Tucker and Mariah Carey, which Fisher also will produce with Robert Simonds.

Fisher, a former Sony security guard, previously had not been repped by an agency, relying instead on his attorney, Jeff Frankel of Hansen, Jacobson, Teller & Hoberman. Frankel continues to rep Fisher.

Actress Katharine Towne -- who recently wrapped roles in the indie pic "Girl," Doug Liman's "Go" for Columbia and "She's All That" for Miramax -- has signed with United Talent Agency.

Towne, who currently is lensing New Line's Warren Beatty/Diane Keaton starrer "Town and Country," is managed by Sean Bryan of Elephant Walk Management.

Performance artist-cum-actress Ann Magnuson ("Small Soldiers," "Clear and Present Danger") has signed with Writers & Artists Agency, where she will be repped by Don Spradlin and Sarah Clossey.

Writer-producer Bill Cain -- who created, wrote and produced the TV series "Nothing Sacred" for ABC, with David Manson exec producing -- has signed with Creative Artists Agency.

Cain's other credits include the TNT telepic "Thicker Than Blood," which he adapted from his legit show, "Stand-Up Tragedy."

Writing-directing-producing partners Randall Miller and Jody Savin have signed with the Broder, Kurland, Webb, Uffner Agency, where they will be repped by Emile Gladstone and Paul Alan Smith.

Miller directed "The Sixth Man," "House Guest" and "Class Act," and Savin served as exec producer on "Sixth Man," co-producer on "Houseguest" and penned the film "Witchcraft."

Actor Justin Walker ("Clueless") has signed with Innovative Artists Agency, where he will be repped by Lilianna Laouri and Abby Bluestone. Walker re-cently wrapped the indie "Big Monster on Campus" for Regent Entertainment.

Walker continues to be managed by Bohemia Entertainment Group.

Marc Provissiero has joined the Kaplan-Stahler-Gumer Agency as an agent, representing writers and directors for series television.

Provissiero joins the agency from the Broder, Kurland, Webb, Uffner Agency, where he worked on the desk of Chris Silbermann.
