Katt joins the 'Limey' lineup

Thesp inks TV drama deal

NEW YORK -- Nicky Katt, currently onscreen in "One True Thing" opposite Renee Zellweger, will fill out the cast of Steven Soderbergh's "The Limey" for Artisan Entertainment.

Katt will play the sociopathic hitman in the thriller about an Englishman (Terence Stamp) who comes to L.A. to avenge a murder.

Pic starts shooting today in L.A.

Scott Kramer and John Hardy are producing. Lem Dobbs scripted.

Katt also recently inked an exclusive talent holding deal with 20th Century Fox with an intent toward developing a TV drama series for him.

Katt's feature credits include "Dazed and Confused," "Scotch and Milk" and "The Doom Generation." Katt's pic deal was brokered by Paradigm agent Scott Melrose and indie attorney John Sloss.
