Cord Douglas has been upped to veepee of sales and acquisitions at Keller Entertainment Group. Douglas, who formerly served as director of sales and acquisitions, will oversee Keller's distribution department, as well as acquire properties and completed product to expand the company's distribution slate.

As part of a comprehensive revamping of its corporate financial operations, MGM has named Steve Rath senior VP of its new financial controller group, upping him from his previous post as veepee and financial controller. Also as a result of the reorganization, Deborah Arvesen, former director of tax, has been named senior veepee of the operational controller group. Other appointments at Leo include the arrival of Stephen Hendry, a former vice prexy of financial planning at Virgin Interactive, in the new post of vice president of financial planning. Marty Vlaco was named vice president of the distribution and financial services staff, reporting to Rath.

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment Intl.'s Mary McLaren has been upped to senior veepee, finance and operations. McLaren, who has served as veepee, finance and operations, for the past three years is responsible for overseeing finance, administration and operations for the division. McLaren joined Fox in 1991 as director of finance, international video.
