Fox TV ups Levisetti

Exec named comedy veep

Twentieth Century Fox Television has upped Emile Levisetti to VP of comedy. He reports to Mindy Schultheis, senior VP of comedy.

In his new position, Levisetti will oversee production of TCFTV programs "Futurama," "Living in Captivity," "The Simpsons" and "Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place." He will also continue to be involved in developing comedy projects for the company.

Levisetti was most recently exec director of the comedy department. He joined Fox in 1996 as director of comedy development and current series under Schultheis. The two previously worked together at Columbia Pictures Television.
