The film, written by Gustin Parker, will be produced by Jerry and Janet Zucker through Zucker Brothers Prods. and Michael Manheim. Gil Netter is executive producer.
"Imaging Nathan" is about a grown man lost in fantasy as a result of a childhood trauma. After creating his own make-believe world, Nathan is reunited with his sister Tess, who he has not seen since the brutal death of their parents. Through the bond they build, he becomes reintroduced to reality.
"The Blouse Man," which was produced by Dustin Hoffman's Punch Prods. and Village Roadshow, is getting strong word of mouth. Miramax releases the film this fall, and the heat from it got him the U job.
As an actor, Goldwyn was last seen doing that one giant step for mankind thing as astronaut Neil Armstrong in the HBO miniseries "From the Earth to the Moon."
