CNN, Reforma news deal
Mexican business news program to be co-produced
Journalists from Reforma will produce "CNN/Reforma Presenta Negocios Mexico" (CNN/Reforma Present Mexico Business) from Monterrey, home to sister paper El Norte.
The weekly half-hour will include corporate, economic and financial news, plus features on business issues.
The show will bow only in Mexico, but CNN is looking at the possibility of broadcasts in other countries, a spokeswoman said.
CNN is also in talks to develop similar projects in other markets as a first step toward regionalization of the channel.
