Graham set for USA's 'Sins'

Oz thesp to play flawed cop in series

Australian actor Marcus Graham has been cast as the lead in the USA Network drama series "Sins of the City," which begins lensing in Miami next week.

Drama, from Alliance Communications in association with Chesler-Perlmutter, has an initial 13-episode order from USA. Lewis Chesler and Steve Feke executive produce.

The cast includes Jose Zuniga, Freddie Laurencio and Barbara Williams. Graham plays a Miami private eye described as "an ethically flawed ex-cop who tries to unravel the sin behind the crime" in various cases.

USA Networks also announced Wednesday that the Sci-Fi Channel will on May 1 launch the half-hour weekly magazine series "Sci-Fi Entertainment" with hosts Chase Masterson and Scott A. Mantz, featuring reviews, celeb interviews and reports on the science fiction community. It's skedded to air at Fridays at 3:30 p.m. PT.
