Roseanne, who's set to launch a daytime talkshow this fall, has tapped Allan Stephan as head of development for her Full Moon & High Tide Prods., which has set up shop at King World Prods.

Stephan, previously a producer on Roseanne's ABC/Carsey-Werner sitcom, also will serve as a producer on "The Roseanne Show," which bows Sept. 14 in syndication. Full Moon is developing a companion syndie project for the talkshow, as well as a number of primetime sitcom projects.

Also on the drawing board at Full Moon is an animated children's series, "Family Values," created by Roseanne and two of her five children, Jennifer and Jessica Pentland (Daily Variety, Dec. 23). Roseanne will exec produce the series, to be produced under the new King World Kids banner headed by Vanessa Coffey and Jim Ballantine.

"Roseanne is one of the premier talents of our time, and the potential of what we can do together is unlimited," said King World vice chairman Michael King.
