Santa Barbara fetes Foster

James Woods congratulated Jodie Foster Saturday after she received the Santa Barbara Film Festival's Modern Master Award, presented to an individual who has "enriched our culture through his/her accomplishments in the motion picture industry." A two-time Oscar-winning actress, Foster most recently directed "Home for the Holidays," and is currently exec producing "The Baby Dance" for Showtime, which stars Laura Dern and Stockard Channing.
