KTTV news tops at 10

KTTV's "Fox News at 10" has beaten KTLA's "News at Ten" for the second straight sweeps period in the November survey for Los Angeles, as measured by Nielsen.

Though final figures weren't available pending the final night of the four-week sweeps on Wednesday, KTTV was poised to jump nearly 2 full rating points from November '95 numbers for "Fox News at 10," while KTLA held steady from year to year.

KTLA's newscast lost in February for the first time since the current ratings measurement system was implemented
