Universal Pictures chairman Casey Silver hosted a special screening of Jim Sheridan's "The Boxer" in New York at the Coronet Theater, followed by dinner at the Racquet & Tennis Club.
Among those who got ringside seats for the Jan. 7 event were the pic's co-writer, Terry George, and star, Daniel Day-Lewis, who attended with his wife, Rebecca Miller, October Films co-presidents Scott Greenstein, John Schmidt and Bingham Ray, Donald Trump, Norris Church and Norman Mailer, Harvey Keitel, Frances McDormand and Joel Coen, Alan Pakula, Sidney Lumet, Mia Farrow and Tribeca Films' Jane Rosenthal.
