TX Fox Broadcasting Co. has restructured its national media department, naming Kaye Bentley senior VP, bumping Ann Taniguchi to associate director of national media planning, upping Vince Garza to national media planning director, and naming Marcy Ellenbogen director, national media buying. Bentley joined Fox in 1995 from Focus Media. Garza has been with the company since 1991; Ellenbogen did a tour in 1993-94 and returned to the Fox fold last year. Taniguchi had been national media manager at the broadcaster since joining in 1994. She'll supervise the Fox Kids Network account and support all Fox accounts. She came to Fox from a senior planner post at Lord, Dentsu & Partners.

RCA Records has named Cliff O'Sullivan marketing VP. Responsible for overseeing long-term career development for RCA artists, including Bruce Hornsby, La Bouche and Treble Charger, O'Sullivan joins the label from EMI Music Distribution. Also, Julie Bruzzone has been tapped senior marketing director. Based in Gotham, she joins from Virgin Records.

The Matthau Co. has named Joseph P. Sinda senior VP and chief information officer. Company, run by Walter Matthau's son Charles, has set "Tweedle Dee Tweedle Dum" as its first project for Sinda to produce.

Antonia Lianos has been promoted to contract administration director at Republic Pictures. Joining the company in 1989, Lianos will oversee copyright registration maintenance, acquisition and distribution agreements tracking, and will supervise the outfit's records systems.
