Brack to exit slot as Time Inc. chair
NEW YORK --- Time Inc. chairman Reginald Brack Jr. will step down in July, ending a 35-year career at the magazine unit of Time Warner. Brack was CEO from 1986-94, but gave up that title to Don Logan, 53; Logan now will also assume the chairman's post.
The chairman's post is largely ceremonial, with Brack recently representing the unit at industry events and Logan overseeing all operations.
