Terry Lynn Roughtean dies at 53

Terry Lynn Roughtean, the sales consultant and cost estimator for Pacific Title and Art Studio for 23 years, died Dec. 18 of natural causes at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank. She was 53.

Roughtean is survived by her husband, Donald.
