RCA Records has pushed Brian Malouf to senior VP-A&R/staff producer. Advancing from his VP slot, Malouf will continue to scout and sign talent, as well as mix and produce selected artists. With RCA since 1994, he has signed platinum artists the Verve Pipe and Junkster, among others.

Jimmy Arteaga has been picked up as VP of international distribution at Videx Intl. Videx is the largest indie owner of TV exhib rights for Latin America of U.S. and Euro product.
