Dorothy Robinson Blees

Dorothy Robinson Blees, a story analyst at several major studios during the 1940s and 1950s, died Dec. 10 at her home in L.A. after suffering a stroke. Her age was unreported.

A native of Logan, Utah, she began her career at Warner Bros. and later moved to 20th Century Fox. Her credits include "Miracle on 34th Street."

Blees is survived by her husband, writer-producer Robert Blees; a son; a daughter; and three grandchildren.

Donations in her name may be made to the Motion Picture & Television Fund.
