Pearl Jaffe

Pearl Jaffe, a cabaret singer in New York for over 60 years, died June 6 of natural causes in Roswell, Ga. She was 89.

Born in New York City, she married composer Ben Jaffe in 1938. He died in 1985.

She is survived by her daughter, writer Jewel Jaffe, and two grandsons, Skyler and Brandon Ross, an actor.

Contributions in Jaffe's name may be sent to the National Parkinson's Assn.
