TNT taps Grossman sr. VP

Iris Grossman has been upped to senior veepee of talent and casting for TNT from her VP post. Based in Los Angeles, she will be responsible for overseeing all talent and casting issues related to TNT Original films and specials.

Joining TNT in 1993 after a dozen years with as a TV agent with ICM, Grossman has been responsible for bringing to TNT such name stars as Tom Selleck, Mandy Patinkin, Richard Harris and Salma Hayek.

She was also behind the casting of such films as "The Good Old Boys" (Tommy Lee Jones and Sissy Spacek), "Moses" and "Joseph" (Ben Kingsley), "The Heidi Chronicles" (Jamie Lee Curtis and Tom Hulce), "Heart of Darkness" (John Malkovich and Tim Roth) and "The Man Who Captured Eichmann" (Robert Duvall).
