Almira Malyshev has been upped to VP, international sales, at Kinnevik Media Properties. Handling worldwide sales for Kinnevik outside the U.S., Malyshev worked for New York-based Hexon before joining Kinnevik.

Tribune Entertainment Co. has bumped Eileen O'Neill to marketing manager. Continuing to work out of Gotham, O'Neill moves up from her coordinator's post on "The Geraldo Rivera Show." She joined Tribune in 1993.

Western Intl. Media has named Michael Kubin East Coast managing director. Also, nine-year Western vet Robert W.C. Lilley has been upped to executive VP and managing director of the company's New York office.

Saban Entertainment has bumped Bruce Bridges to director of marketing, production and special events, and has elevated Rosslyn Forrester to director of domestic marketing. With Saban since 1992, Bridges will handle talent appearances and commercial production for the marketing of the company's children's programming. Joining Saban last year, Forrester oversees marketing efforts for properties in national syndication via Saban Kids Network.

E! Entertainment Television has bumped Gail McClellan to director of corporate planning. She'll handle the coordination of the E! annual biz plan, oversee company long-range planning and evaluate new programming services. Before joining the cabler, McClellan worked as an indie consultant to various entertainment clients. Also, E! has made some changes in its affiliate relations department, bumping Nancy Munson to director of affil planning & administration, hiring David Avalos as local ad sales director, tapping Mary-Jo Matava affil marketing manager for the Eastern region and naming Nancy Harding affil marketing manager for the Western area.
